We are a voluntarily managed non-profit association.

Prices and Payment

  • All our prices are in Danish kroner. We are a voluntary association, not VAT registered, and all prices are inclusive of VAT
  • You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MobilePay, and if we use PayPal you can use their selection of cards
  • It is free to use payment cards, as we pay all fees
  • An amount larger than what you have approved can never be charged

Security

  • ePay provides SSL encryption and security when you pay with credit card
  • All credit card information is protected using strong SSL encryption during transfer to ePay
  • Card information is sent directly to PBS and therefore cannot be read or copied by us or anyone else

All personal information is treated confidentially and is not shared with others

Newsletters

Upon registration, we add you to our mailing list, where you receive newsletters and emails containing information about instruction, workshops, the swing community, good advice, tips and tricks, and other things that make it easier to be a swing dancer in Copenhagen. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time by using the link at the bottom of each email.

Receipt

You will receive the receipt after the last step in the payment process in your email. Save the receipt. It is your proof of payment.

Right of Withdrawal

You generally do not have the right of withdrawal on products purchased from SwingShoes and money is not refunded after registration. Exceptions are cancellation of events where payment is refunded as well as when moving events where payment is offered to be refunded. Reservations

  • If we receive too few registrations for a class or event, we may close down or cancel. If that happens, you will be notified and we will return paid money as quickly as possible – normally within 14 days. If you decide to leave the association in such a case, we will also return the membership fee
  • We reserve the right for printing and pricing errors
