How did you start dancing Lindy Hop?
Per Rock taught me the Jitterbug.
What does swing dance mean to you?
Inspired by swing music, the opportunity to express myself physically and creatively in interaction with my dance partner. I am constantly thinking about the possibility of the next Balboa dance in Denmark, Scandinavia or Europe.
What do you love most about teaching?
I appreciate the people who bravely show up for Balboa classes, and the contact with them, and helping them succeed with the dance. Also the contact with my dance partner, and the dissemination of swing music and professional dissemination of Balboa dance, with inspiration from Balboa workshops in Europe.

Stine started Lindy Hop at 22 with an old friend and couldn't stop laughing. For her, it's playfulness, freedom, and community - lucky adults having space for play! She loves sharing dance joy and seeing students click. Currently loving Ella's comedic jazz stylings and Eyal Vilner's energy. Former trumpet player!

Eiki started Lindy Hop in Iceland in 2007 when a friend returned from Germany determined to start the first scene there. After months of convincing, he finally said yes and never looked back. He sees it as history and creative expression - pure joy through communication. He loves creating positive learning atmospheres. A Fats Waller fan with a hat obsession!
