Rewards

Every now and then a class or workshop is short on leads or follows just before it starts. When that
happens, we open the spot up in the Helping lead/follow marketplace in your account, so other dancers
can step in and help us run the class with a balanced floor.

If you sign up as a helper there, two things happen:

  • You join for free. There’s no cost for that class or workshop — it’s our way of saying you’re doing
    us (and your fellow dancers) a favour.
  • You earn a reward. A small amount is saved as a reward on your account, as a thank-you for helping
    out.

Your rewards are stored on your account and used automatically: the next time you buy a class,
workshop. Your available reward is deducted from the price at checkout. You
don’t need a coupon code, and you don’t need to do anything to claim it — it just shows up as a
discount on your next purchase.

Rewards don’t expire as long as your account is active, but they can only be used on SwingShoes
purchases — they can’t be paid out in cash or transferred to another dancer.
