On Ascension Day, we'll put Boogie Woogie in focus. There will be two workshops - which is targeted for either Boogie Woogie dancers or swing dancers.
And afterwards we'll have a Boogie Woogie social dance.
Ready to build on your Boogie Woogie? In this round, we’ll expand your dancing by exploring rhythm and playing creatively with moves you may already know.
We’ll experiment with variations for both leaders and followers, giving you more freedom to play with timing, accents, and expression. You’ll also be introduced to new footwork patterns, adding more possibilities to your dancing and helping you interact more actively with the music.
The focus is on developing confidence and independence in your dancing, while maintaining a clear and comfortable connection with both your dance partner and the music.
This class is ideal for dancers who feel comfortable with the basics and want to build further by exploring rhythm, variation, and personal expression in their Boogie Woogie dancing.
