On Ascension Day, we'll put Boogie Woogie in focus. There will be two workshops - which is targeted for either Boogie Woogie dancers or swing dancers.
And afterwards we'll have a Boogie Woogie social dance.
Ready to take your Balboa to the next level? In this 7 week course, we will dive deep into technique, creativity, and connection. Literally expect to make use of every inch of your body as we break down well known figures and moves into smaller pieces, explore new possibilities, and reassemble them into surprising and playful variations. This class is designed to challenge and inspire you, refining your control, expanding your repertoire, and unlocking new ways to move and express yourself in the dance.
Meet your teachers
Birk is an experienced and highly skilled teacher on the Danish swing dance scene and has won numerous prizes at international swing dance competitions. Kira is a passionate dancer, organizer, and a strong driving force in the swing community with a deep love for Balboa. Together they create a fun, focused, and inspiring learning environment.
