People Type Teacher

Sara

From ballet at six to Lindy Hop a decade ago, Sara can't resist a drum beat. She sees movement as a tool to go deeper, loving the moment students unlock new ways to feel the music. For her, swing is healing, spiritual, and a place to be fully herself.

Carina

Carina fell in love with Balboa when a friend introduced her during the pandemic. She creates safe spaces where dancers explore, have fun, and grow together. For her, swing dancing means playfulness, connection, and expressing herself through dance.

Cecilie

Cecilie started swing dancing for exercise and fun, but Balboa quickly stole her heart. She sees teaching as mutual learning where both teacher and student grow together. For her, swing is a wordless language of self-expression and connection.
