Boogie Woogie Day on May 14th (Ascension Day)

On Ascension Day, we'll put Boogie Woogie in focus. There will be two workshops - which is targeted for either Boogie Woogie dancers or swing dancers.
And afterwards we'll have a Boogie Woogie social dance.

What Worked Well

SoMe coordination: Shared content generation between HepCats, Ministry of Balboa and SwingShoes added reach and was really nice.
Teaching lineup: Good mix of teachers from multiple associations (SwingShoes, Hepcats, Ministry).
Initiatives for 2025: We created a “New to Dancing?”-page, that we could link to. Maybe next year, we could make QR-codes to that?

Improvement suggestions

Visibility of SwingShoes: We wish we would have done more: Flyers, SoMe, newsletters, etc.
Materials access: T-shirts and flyers were available but could be coordinated better.
Task tracking: We should have started the Google Sheet coordination of tasks earlier.
