Arranging workshops

Here is a list of things to do, when arranging a workshop:

• Find teachers.
• Find and book venue (we usually use Book Byen).
• Create news-post on the website.
• Create sign-up formular in PairEvent (our sign up module).
• Marketing (Instagram, Facebook – maybe create Facebook event). This usually takes longer than one thinks!
• Write and coordinate helping leads/follows in case of imbalance.
