Theme Class: Frankie Manning Moves

Frankie Manning, one of the original dancers from the Savoy Ballroom, was probably the most influential Lindy Hoppers in the history of the dance.

Many of his moves are still taught all over the world as an indispensable part of a basic Lindy Hop curriculum. In this class we’ll teach some of the lesser known and sometimes more difficult moves which have all the characteristics of Frankies moves: They have grown out of the music, they work on the social dancefloor and they feel so good.
