There is a preperation step to this. Because we need to first figure out, which equipment we should setup and if we have all cables and adapters and such. So about a month before, you should meet up with Zeth, to talk over the plan and go through equipment in the basement.
On the day of the party, we should set it up, so everything is ready at 18:00 (when the tasters begin).
We should have two speakers downstairs and two speakers upstairs. And we should aim to have a mixer. And the mixer and DJ station should be a good distance from the speakers.
It would be great if you stayed and helped to pack it down, at the end of the party, but that is not super-vital.You get 250 kr as a reward once the event is over, taken off your next sign-up.

21:45-22:45 0 of 3 taken Reward: 100 krClean up
This is just to reset everything, to where it was (like we do after social dancing). But it also means packing down decorations and lights and the kitchen and such.
Each person will be responsible for a room. That means, that on 22:00, that the clean up person, is responsible for kicking people out, - or activating them to help with the clean up.You get 100 kr as a reward once the event is over, taken off your next sign-up.

Video recorders / Camera people
18:00-22:00 0 of 2 taken Reward: 75 krVideo recorders / Camera people
We will have two people who are responsible for going around and taking some videos and photos of people.
We will announce it in the rooms before we do it, so people that don't want to be on video/photos, can get some fresh air, while it lasts.
This is so we have some thing we can share for next years Christmas party - and so we have some memories we can share. :-)You get 75 kr as a reward once the event is over, taken off your next sign-up.
