Hanna was pulled to a social dance by her sister one night and has been on dance floors around the world since! Swing means liberation, connection, and expression. She loves seeing dancers find their voice through movement. A fan of Ella Fitzgerald, she’s a rubber band fight champion!

Build confidence in your solo movement and learn how to get comfortable moving in your own body. Get ready for a playground of solo movement, rhythms, and textures through the lens of how Hanna looks at integrating individual expression into vernacular vocabulary.

Charleston variations

Entry Requirements: Lindy 6+

Explore tandem charleston through the lens of one of Sean’s favorite steps. Hanna and Sean will guide you through a Traveling Tandem Charleston step which is fun and playful. It’s perfect for competitions, performances, or adding something new to the already exciting partnered position. They will also examine some ways to transition the step into other familiar positions.

Aerial workshop

Entry Requirements: Lindy 4+. Sign up as a couple.

Welcome to the wonderful world of aerials and air steps! In this intermediate workshop, you'll learn the essentials of partner lifts from the ground up. Sean & Hanna will start out with some classic steps such as A-frame, frog jump, and toss out — and from there move into some intermediate territory. They will also share how to safely navigate the training process and offer ideas for incorporating these steps into your dancing.
